Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual individual, family, and group therapy services throughout Ohio. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing the support of an experienced multidisciplinary treatment team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide virtual individual, family, and group psychotherapy services
    • Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations
    • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
    • Complete discharge summaries and clinical documentation
    • Collaborate with families, schools, referral sources, and treatment team members
    • Participate in supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings
    • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, state, and agency requirements

PRODUCTIVITY EXPECTATIONS

Clinicians are expected to maintain an average of 25 billable service hours per week. ACE Wellness provides scheduling support and referrals to help clinicians maintain a consistent caseload.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Ohio license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health conditions
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
    Reliable high-speed internet connection and private HIPAA-compliant workspace

COMPENSATION

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and licensure)

WORK LOCATION

100% Remote – Telehealth Services Provided Throughout Ohio

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
