ACE Wellness Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping maintain employee records. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
o Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
o Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
o Conduct initial phone screens and assist in interview processes.
o Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
o Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of
orientation materials and coordination of orientation sessions.

o Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

authorities.

Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.

o Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
